Biological
control of soilborne pathogens in greenhouse and horticulture crops. Root
diseases of wheat and barley, including Pythium, Fusarium, and Rhizoctonia.
Spatial analysis of soilborne pathogens. Epidemiology of Fusarium head blight of
wheat, including disease gradients and spore dispersal. Mechanisms of biological
control, including induced resistance and antibiosis by fluorescent
pseudomonads.
