REGISTRATION FORM
New deadline for early registration: June 15, 2004
Please, register before July 1, 2004. For registrations received after July 1, 2004, the corresponding abstract(s) will not appear in the abstract book.
Fees include: abstract book and documentation, welcome reception, coffe breaks and refreshments, spanish lunches during the conference and conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: There is a 50 euro service charge for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and to whom the check should be made payable. Requests for registration refunds must be received no later than 10 working days prior to the first day of the meeting. No refunds will be issued after September 3, 2004.
