INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Information for Speakers and Poster Presenters
* Instructions for Oral Presentation
Each ORAL presentation will consist of a 15 minutes talk followed by a 5 minutes discussion. Computer and overhead projectors will be available. The technical organizers will give you additional instructions concerning your session and the presentation of your paper in the "Speaker Centre". Please make sure that your computer presentation is fully operational before your talk. Power Point or PDF presentations on a USB drive or CDROM are strongly preferred. We suggest that your computer presentation be installed and tested at least one day before your talk.
* Instructions for Poster Presentation
In POSTER sessions authors are requested to be present at the poster during the scheduled times for discussion. The maximum dimensions are 90 cm (width) by 150 cm (height). At the top of the poster, please provide the title of the paper, names of the authors and affiliations. Artwork and lettering should be large and clear enough so that the poster is readable from a distance of ~1.5 m.
* Instructions for Paper Preparation
Selected contributions from this conference will be published in a special issue of Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Apects (Elsevier) after peer review of the papers. Original and two copies must be submitted during Conference to the Organizing Committee. Note that Elsevier now publishes all manuscripts using electronic production methods and therefore needs to receive the electronic files of your article along with the hardcopy of the accepted version (http://authors.elsevier.com).
