The aim of this this workshop is to provide a framework for those researchers who explore the interplay between algebra and functional analysis in the frontiers of these two branches of mathematics.
Continuing with the spirit of many previous meeting and experiences between the Universities of Almeria and Granada with Moroccan Universities, together with a fruitful collaboration between researchers from our regional neighborhood, this meeting promote an scenario where researchers are invited to present their latest achievements and to enrich the connections with other researchers and groups.
The meeting will take place at the University of Almeria, attendees can also enjoy the hospitality of this beautiful Mediterranean city. The meeting will be also devoted to acknowledge a deserved tribute to Prof. Amin Kaidi from the University of Almeria on the occassion of his retirement.
The talks will include topics in algebra, functional analysis, C*-algebras, Jordan algebras and structures, and problems on preservers.
