The proceedings of the conference will appear as a special issue of "Algebras and Representation Theory". Manuscripts should be prepared in latex or amstex, and sent to S. Caenepeel scaenepe@vub.ac.be. Final deadline for submission is March 15, 2008.

    Publication of the proceedings is aimed at December 2008.
