The Asociación Española de Estudios Irlandeses (AEDEI) was founded in 2001 to promote the teaching and research of Irish Studies (literature, culture, arts, history, etc.) in Spain. In order to achieve this aim, an annual conference is held, periodical newsletters are sent and publications are released.
