A registration fee of 180 euros includes meeting materials, attendance at all scientific sessions and submission of communications. The fee also includes three nights of accommodation in a four-star hotel (shared double rooms with twin beds), two lunches, the welcome cocktail reception, coffee during the official breaks and the closing dinner. Those who wish to book a single room must request it specifically in the registration form and add 60 euros to the registration fee.

 Student bursaries, consisting of the partial reimbursement  of the registration fee, may be available depending on the final meeting budget. Bursaries will be considered only in requested cases and will only be awarded to students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required for any applicant.
 

Registrations should be made before July 16 using the registration form and sent by fax, e-mail or post to the Organising Committee.

All payments should be made in euros by bank transfer. Payment can be made to the following account: Cajamar Account Number 3058 0130 16 2731001008.

A copy of of the payment instruction must be attached to the registration form and should be identifiable with the family name of the participant and the reference reqomed2.

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm registration.
